Overview
This Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“Provider”) and PawSafe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your participation as a listed provider on the PawSafe directory platform.
By submitting a provider application or claiming a listing on PawSafe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, as well as PawSafe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your Relationship with PawSafe
You are an independent provider, not an employee, agent, contractor, or partner of PawSafe. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and PawSafe.
PawSafe does not control how you perform your services, what prices you charge, what hours you work, or how you interact with clients. You are fully responsible for your own business operations.

Listing Tiers & Fees
PawSafe offers the following listing tiers:
- Free: Basic listing at no cost. Includes profile display, contact form routing, and standard sort position on archive pages.
- Pro ($19/month): Includes photo gallery, full bio display, services and pricing table, Verified Provider badge, and sort position boost above Free listings.

Leads & Enquiries
PawSafe will forward pet owner enquiries submitted through your profile’s contact form to the email address registered on your account. PawSafe does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, leads, or bookings.
PawSafe is not responsible for the quality, suitability, or outcome of any enquiry forwarded to you. You are solely responsible for managing your response to enquiries and for any arrangements made with pet owners as a result.
Listing Suspension & Removal
PawSafe reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently remove your listing at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of this Agreement or PawSafe’s Terms of Service
- Receipt of credible complaints from pet owners regarding your conduct or the welfare of animals in your care
- Discovery that information in your listing is false or misleading
- Non-payment of applicable listing fees
- Any conduct that PawSafe determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to pet owners, animals, or the PawSafe platform
If your listing is removed for cause, no refund of listing fees will be issued.
Disputes Between Providers and Pet Owners
PawSafe does not mediate disputes between providers and pet owners. Any dispute arising from a pet care arrangement made through PawSafe is solely between you and the pet owner. PawSafe is not a party to such disputes and has no obligation to intervene.
PawSafe may, at its discretion, remove a listing in response to a substantiated complaint from a pet owner, but this does not constitute mediation or legal action by PawSafe.
Changes to This Agreement
PawSafe reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. We will notify active providers of material changes via the email address registered on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of your listing after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
